THE HOME OF COFFEE

From Ethiopia, where coffee begins.

Ethiopia’s diverse growing conditions, varieties, altitudes, farming practices and processing traditions create coffees with remarkably different characters.

OUR SOURCING FOCUS

Guji&West Guji

We focus on identifying Ethiopian lots that demonstrate clear origin character, good preparation and strong cup potential — across Guji, West Guji, Sidama and Yirgachefe, and beyond.

These are areas of sourcing focus — not claims that every coffee from those origins shares the same characteristics. Each lot is confirmed against actual supply, season and buyer requirements.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask.

Do you supply specialty-grade Ethiopian coffee?

Yes. We work with lots that demonstrate clear origin character, good preparation and strong cup potential, and we confirm each lot's physical and cup quality against actual supply and buyer requirements before it is offered.

Which Ethiopian origins do you source from?

Our sourcing focus is Guji, West Guji, Sidama and Yirgachefe. Where a buyer's brief points beyond these areas, we work to identify suitable lots from the wider Ethiopian landscape.

What processing methods do you offer?

We offer washed, natural and honey-processed coffees. The available methods depend on the current season, the producing area and the specific lots on offer.

Can you provide samples before we commit to a lot?

Yes. We take representative samples for green coffee assessment and structured cupping, and we're happy to arrange sampling as part of evaluating a brief or a specific lot.

What is the minimum order volume?

Minimum volume depends on the lot, origin and current-season supply. Share your expected seasonal or annual volume in a brief and we'll confirm what can be matched.

How is coffee quality evaluated?

We evaluate green coffee physical quality, preparation and traceability, then cup the coffee using a structured protocol covering fragrance, aroma, acidity, sweetness, body, flavor, balance, uniformity and clean cup.

What export documentation do you provide?

We prepare buyer-relevant documentation for each shipment, with specifications, packaging, commercial basis and any required export paperwork confirmed up front.
