Where our coffee comes from.
Ethiopia’s highland growing areas produce some of the world’s most distinctive coffees. We focus our sourcing on Guji, West Guji, Sidama and Yirgachefe — and look beyond them where a buyer’s brief calls for it — identifying lots with clear origin character, good preparation and strong cup potential.
A NOTE ON CHARACTER
Coffee character depends on origin, season, farming practices and processing. Guji, West Guji, Sidama and Yirgachefe are areas of sourcing focus — not claims that every coffee from those origins shares the same characteristics. Each lot is evaluated and confirmed against actual supply and buyer requirements.
